"So if you're anything like me, you may be aprehensive about buying stuff over the internet. What happens if the order gets lost? What happens if what you buy doesn't work? Are you going to get anything that resembles service, or are you going to get a runaround that makes you feel like punching someone in the face?
I ordered some components, which were delivered promptly. Threw them into my PC and Lo!, they didn't work. A little voice in my head said "here we go... told you you should of bought locally... serves you right"
So, cutting a long story short, I recieved advice on what to look for, was helped with self testing, sent back for testing, returned with an ok, still didn't work, recieved more advice and badda bing badda boom, found the problem. Intermittent Power Supply problem.
All I can say is, if this is your first time buying online, or have been burnt by other suppliers, then look no further. The guys at MegaPC are fantastic, always willing to assist, deliver as quickly as possible, and will go the extra mile.
The piece of mind knowing that they are there if needed has no price."

"As a person who is always wary of purchasing anything over the net, it was with some trepidation that I ordered components from MegaPC, regardless of the feedback I had recieved. My parts arrived safely, but didn't work. I thought "here we go, Im in for a roller coaster of a ride, and serves me right for not buying locally".
Well.. how wrong could a guy be. They provided advice on what could be the problem, tested the components when they got sent back, and provided more advice. The problem, of course, was not what I had purchased, but an intermittant Power Supply issue.
All I can say is, if this is your first time buying over the internet, or have been burnt before from shonkies, then look no further. MegaPC provide a solid, reliable and friendly service.

computers can be very expencive and finding mega pc has helped me make the best decision when building a pc and the great prices have helped me upgrade to that better part aswell.

"I ordered a CPU cooler and a round IDE cable via the website but then I stuffed you guys around a bit by modifying shipping and quanities via email. You guys were fantastic about it, sending me revised quotes quickly after my requested changes.
Although it was probably a hassle for you, it was refreshing to be able to email a real person and have the order adjusted.
Shipping was fast and I'm wrapped with my new toys and the prices. Thanks everyone at MegaPC. Oh, payment went smoothly too via direct transfer from my internet banking - so thanks again."
