"As a person who is always wary of purchasing anything over the net, it was with some trepidation that I ordered components from MegaPC, regardless of the feedback I had recieved. My parts arrived safely, but didn't work. I thought "here we go, Im in for a roller coaster of a ride, and serves me right for not buying locally".

Well.. how wrong could a guy be. They provided advice on what could be the problem, tested the components when they got sent back, and provided more advice. The problem, of course, was not what I had purchased, but an intermittant Power Supply issue.

All I can say is, if this is your first time buying over the internet, or have been burnt before from shonkies, then look no further. MegaPC provide a solid, reliable and friendly service.

computers can be very expencive and finding mega pc has helped me make the best decision when building a pc and the great prices have helped me upgrade to that better part aswell.

"I ordered a CPU cooler and a round IDE cable via the website but then I stuffed you guys around a bit by modifying shipping and quanities via email. You guys were fantastic about it, sending me revised quotes quickly after my requested changes.

Although it was probably a hassle for you, it was refreshing to be able to email a real person and have the order adjusted.

"I would like to thank you for the great service & support that you provided when I was after a specialty product (Asus P5n32-E 680i Motherboard). I had phoned at least 5 other companies whom had falsely listed that they had the item in stock (They hadn't had the item stocked for weeks, next shipment was scheduled early January) before I phoned your store. Within mintues of talking to your sales staff I had reserved the last motherboard you had in stock and payment had been made via credit card (To no extra cost I might add).

It was my understanding that as I had made the order late in the day and I am located in Brisbane it would be at least 2-3 days before receiving any goods. However I was pleasantly surprised when my doorbell rang at 8am the next day with a courier bearing my package. Unbelievable service like this will definitely keep me coming back. This was all just days before the Christmas weekend which make this that much more amazing!
