Online Ordering 3 Steps
- Register a username and password (once only)
- Set up your billing and/or delivery addresses first time you order
- Proceed to the secured checkout page where you select the address and enter in payment details
Our primary method of contact with you will be email so please make sure you get the address right! We will also need at least
one daytime contact phone number, and at least a landline phone number if ordering with credit card online.
Payment
Payment can be made by Mastercard and VISA online or over the phone, Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit, Money order by mail, Cheque
(with photo ID), Credit Card, EFTPOS, or Cash in store if picking up your order. Payment must be received and cleared before goods are
released.
Delivery
We currently use two courier companies:
- Couriers Please for all deliveries within what they class as
Melbourne Metro. Price is $9.90 per parcel up to 20kg (cubic or dead weight, whichever is greater).
- Australian Air Express (AAE) for all deliveries outside Melbourne Metro. 3KG Satchels
which are A3 size are $15 anywhere in Australia, insured against loss or damage, and almost always reach their destination overnight. Larger parcels are sent by road
and may take longer depending on the destination. For those larger items an estimated price will be given when you place your order.
If actual price turns out to be less, you will be charged less than the quoted price, if more, we will contact you for your approval.
Tracking is available online for both courier companies and tracking numbers are sent by email when online orders are dispatched.
Both courier companies are very reliable. If you receive goods that appear to be damaged in transit, when signing that you received them,
write a note saying "item appears to be damaged" next to the signature. Please contact us immediately if you receive something from us
that turns up damaged.
If you request delivery to a PO Box, the item will be sent with AAE even if it's within the Melbourne Metropolitan area.
Faulty Items
If you have a product that's faulty please see the Support Pages which contain
solutions to some common problems and also a support request form which you may submit online. We will then either issue you a
Return Authorisation (RA) number, or give you instructions for solving the problem. When you have a problem with one of our products
we're here to help! All products carry a minimum warranty period of 12 months unless otherwise specified. If a product has additional
manufacturer's warranty we will still take care of it for you but will ask you to pay for the delivery costs involved if it has been
over a year since you purchased it.
International Orders
We sell ONLY to Australian residents, no exceptions. If you are not in Australia and you place an order online we will delete it.
Please purchase products in your own country or if you want to save money with bulk purchases you should order from the manufacturing
countries like China or Taiwan.
