After many years in the computer hardware game, it is after much thought and analysis that MegaPC decide to close its retail doors to pursue a different path down the IT road.
After selling thousands of systems and ten times as many individual components, the decision has been made to focus all energy on the servicing side of the business which is growing at an exponential rate.
The global financial crisis, cost-price components from the larger competitors, and the unstable economic market made the decision to shift much easier.
As such, MegaPC will no longer be selling components online, in favour of providing IT Support services to small to medium businesses and home users.
All components still under warranty will be honoured with all enquiries needing to be sent to support@megapc.com.au.
At this time we would like to thank all of the people who have supported MegaPC over the years, especially those that have referred us on to other people. We believe in creating strong relationships with each and every client. The basis of this is to assign a primary engineer for your business. In almost every situation, this engineer will attend to your each and every IT need. There may be times when the secondary engineer will be called upon, but this is rarely the case. Relationships are built on trust, and this is more quickly earned when dealing with the same engineer over and over again (as opposed to seeing a different engineer each time, which is the case for some IT service providers).
