MegaPC is a Victorian based IT Services provider that focuses on small to medium businesses as well as the home user. We offer professional and affordable IT support, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
With clients in Lilydale and Mt. Martha to Williamstown and Coburg and all suburbs in between, MegaPC is currently servicing all suburbs of Victoria.
We are a traditional break / fix IT service provider (you break it, we fix it!) with our core business being onsite support (your office, your factory, your home). We also provide phone, email and remote access support where possible.
We believe in creating strong relationships with each and every client and the basis of this is to assign a primary engineer for your business. In almost every situation, this engineer will attend to your each and every IT need. There may be times when the secondary engineer will be called upon, but this is rarely the case. Relationships are built on trust, and this is more quickly earned when dealing with the same engineer over and over again (as opposed to seeing a different engineer each time, which is the case for some IT service providers).
